Mohsin Khawar is an architect by education, traveler by passion, and photographer by profession. He is a Pakistan based architect.
An award-winning international photographer who loves to travel, meet new people, and craft visually pleasing art pieces. Currently, an entrepreneur leading and managing a team of eight as a Creative Director & Lead Photographer. Exhibited photography work in Canada and Pakistan

As they say architects are the father of all arts, it really helped him figure out his skill and passion for photography. In his first year of art school, he learned all forms of art including sculpture, textiles, painting, communication design, photography, etc. And he knew photography is what made him happy. So he started traveling, writing, and photographing light. Even his architecture thesis was on light and phenomena of transparency.
Initially, he had to face some challenges because the faculty in his Arch department were not supportive of this idea. They thought he was just wasting time in photography while he was winning competitions for his university every year. But the struggle was to convince himself of what he really wants, he knew he had to pick one road to achieve excellence, and after his thesis, he did exactly that. Now since the photography brand is out there, he also runs an architecture & interior firm as well with his wife who is also an architect & interior designer.
3. Advice for architecture students?
Do whatever you want to but do it with complete passion. If you are passionate about something, it will never tire you and remember, failure is nothing but delayed success.

•Winner of all Pakistan Speed Photography competition at GIKI, 2009.
•Winner of all Pakistan Black & White Photography competition at PEAS, 2009.
•Special mention in Photography at LUMS Olympiad 2009.
•Portrait selected by the tourism department and displayed at Lok Virsa Museum Islamabad (Rated amongst top 20 all over Pakistan) – 2010
•Photograph selected for HUM TV’s calender 2011 and national competition ‘Ye hai Pakistan’
•Photograph selected by International Labor Organization (ILO) for their advertising & awareness campaign
•Mohsin Khawar featured by the international organization One World Children’s Fund (OWCF)
•Photograph “Dream” selected by the Photographers Forum Magazine for their book Best of Photography 2011 among the best shots around the world
•Awarded Best Fashion Photographer for the year 2012 at Sunday Plus Awards
